Aquavista Mountain Estate, Bronkhorstspruit

Aqua Vista Mountain Estate, located in Bronkhorstspruit, South Africa, was conceived in 1999 by visionary entrepreneurs who acquired land from Kungwini Country Estate through Aqua Vista Investments (Pty) Ltd.

These properties were carefully developed into the vibrant community we know today.

To address the water supply needs, the developer built two separate reservoirs—one high-pressure and one low-pressure—on the highest point of the land, with a combined capacity of 860 cubic meters. Additionally, a water extraction and purification plant was established on Erf 15, strategically located near the dam wall.

These initiatives have effectively resolved the estate's water supply challenges, all without relying on local authorities.

This stunning, unspoiled area is ideally located on the northern side of the Bronkhorstspruit Dam, nestled on the plateau. Just under 40 minutes from Pretoria and 60 minutes from Johannesburg, it is easily accessible via well-maintained tarred roads, with shopping centers and medical facilities nearby.

The estate is framed by majestic cliffs and rugged rock outcrops, home to a diverse range of flora and fauna, including the rare Black Eagle.

To preserve the natural beauty of the area, architectural guidelines have been carefully crafted.

Both public and private spaces have been thoughtfully developed to maintain the area's aesthetic appeal. An extensive Environmental Impact Study was conducted to ensure the estate remains a park-like haven.
